Join us for a low-stakes, yet fun competition and support a great cause all at the same time! Our annual Cheer for Charity began when our 2021 gymnastics coach had a baby boy with Down Syndrome. It is in honor of him that we raise funds for the Capital Area Down Syndrome Association (CADSA). There will be various ways to support the cause and have a lot of fun too. This a perfect competition to put any changes to the test before Districts! We look forward to hosting you!

$100 Registration Fee for each additional team registered

Accepting up to 6-8 teams from MS to Varsity
Tentative Schedule:
4:30pm Team Registration
4:45pm Coaches Meeting (at Safety Judge's table)
5:00pm Mat Time Begins
5:30pm Doors open to spectators
5:50pm Parade of Teams/Prayer/National Anthem
6:00pm Competition Begins
Locker Rooms Provided
Warm-up Area in the cafeteria – 2 mats per team OR main mat in gym between rounds
10 minute break between rounds
Competition mat available in between rounds
